Batch System Facility

At Dynamic F/X we built our facility and our business in order to handle an ever changing assortment of industrial parts. Our large batch system is effective for smaller pieces or larger ones up to 20’ with heavy weldment capabilities. We are not limited to large run processes because colour changes can be completed in minutes. This quick change process allows for easy adaptability to new products each day.

Qualified Staff

Our qualified team has refined the processes that make your final product of the highest quality. Each product specification sheet is closely monitored to ensure all necessary parts are masked and plugged for powder coverage where necessary. Custom racking is developed if necessary to provide ample support for each piece and to maximize the cleaning and curing process.

Colour Requirements

With access to over 2500 colours, we can provide the colour you require. For larger runs on a contract basis, colour matching can be provided by our suppliers.

ISO 9001 Registration

Our staff observes each stage of the powder coating process, something you will not see in a line system. We adhere to the highest ISO 9001 standards and monitor each batch for proper cleaning, coverage, and curing. Even packaging and tracking of parts and inventory are closely documented.

The Extra Mile – Assembly & Packaging

In order to reduce unnecessary shipping costs, we can provide final assembly of your product. Using the highest ISO 9001 quality control processes, your product can be shipped to its final destination from our factory floor. Dynamic F/X can utilize packaging provided by you or we can supply and customize for your crating needs. Each piece is packaged with long haul protection in mind. We have several shipping companies in our local area that can provide quotes to help reduce your cost.
